4.1 Overview
Swami Computers offers computer hardware retail, software services, web development, and SaaS products. This Refund Policy sets out the terms under which refunds are available for each category of product or service.
4.2 SaaS Products (YellowQueue and Future Products)
All SaaS subscriptions offered by Swami Computers, including YellowQueue, are governed by the following refund terms:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced.
- A free trial period is offered before any payment is required. No payment is taken during the trial.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until the billing period ends.
- Refunds will be issued only in the event of a verified billing error (duplicate charge or incorrect amount charged).
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the disputed charge to sanchitskumbhar@gmail.com.
- Eligible refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
4.3 Software Development and Web Development Services
- Services that have commenced are non-refundable for work already completed.
- If a project is cancelled before work begins, any advance payment may be refunded at our discretion after deducting administrative costs.
- Disputes regarding service delivery should be raised within 7 days of project delivery.
4.4 Hardware and Accessories Retail
- Hardware products may be returned within 7 days of purchase in original, unused condition with original packaging.
- Defective products are eligible for replacement or refund within the manufacturer's warranty period.
- Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
4.5 How to Request a Refund
Email sanchitskumbhar@gmail.com with subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Product/Service]". Include your order details, the reason for the request, and any supporting documentation.
4.6 GST
All prices are inclusive of or exclusive of GST as indicated at point of sale. Tax components are non-refundable except where required by applicable Indian tax law.
