- Is used only for receiving document attachments submitted by end customers of the print shop
- Does not access WhatsApp chat history, contacts, or personal messages
- Each subscriber connects their own WhatsApp Business account — Swami Computers does not own or provide WhatsApp numbers
- Is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform Terms of Service
