9.2 WhatsApp Business Platform — Opt-In (YellowQueue)
YellowQueue is a product of Swami Computers that integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform. The following opt-in framework applies to end customers of print shops that use YellowQueue.
Who Initiates Contact
End customers initiate contact with the print shop by sending a WhatsApp message to the print shop's own WhatsApp Business number. YellowQueue processes incoming document attachments from this conversation.
Nature of the Interaction
- The customer has actively sent a message to the print shop — this constitutes opt-in by initiation
- YellowQueue does not send unsolicited messages to customers
- YellowQueue does not send promotional or marketing messages through WhatsApp
- Any response messages sent by the print shop to the customer are the responsibility of the print shop operator
Meta Business Platform Compliance
In accordance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy:
- Swami Computers and YellowQueue use the WhatsApp Business Platform only for transactional and operational communications related to print job management
- We do not send broadcast marketing messages through the WhatsApp Business API
- Each print shop subscriber is responsible for ensuring their own messaging practices comply with Meta's policies
- Swami Computers maintains records of how the WhatsApp integration is used in connection with YellowQueue
9.3 Future Opt-In Channels
If Swami Computers introduces email newsletters, SMS marketing, or other communication channels in the future, separate and explicit opt-in consent will be obtained before any such communication is sent. This policy will be updated accordingly.
9.4 Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time by emailing sanchitskumbhar@gmail.com with the subject line: "Withdraw Consent – [Your Name]". We will process your request within 7 days and will not contact you thereafter except where required by law.
9.5 Record of Consent
